FAQs
Q - How long until my order is shipped out?
Please note as I am a one person business and I work full time, I cannot ship out orders as fast as I'd like to. However, I do try to ship out orders within 1-2 weeks.

Q - When will I get my order?
If you have purchased a preorder item, it can take about 2 months or more for production and delivery to me to be complete before I can ship it out to you.

Domestic orders to the UK take approximately 2 days to arrive after dispatch email has been sent. International orders take about 2 weeks.

However, this is not a guaranteed time frame and I am not responsible for any possible delays. There could be an overwhelming amount of packages that Royal Mail has to deal with, or even a shortage of staff. You never know these days.

Q - I'd like to change delivery address.
Please get in touch with me and provide me with your order number, the store you placed the order on and the new delivery address. Please note that I cannot amend any details after the order is despatched.

Q - I'd like to combine an order.
Please get in touch with me and provide me with both order numbers and I will send both orders together in one parcel. This will reduce the cost of shipping for you and will enable me to refund you your difference. Please allow some days for it to enter your account.

Q - Can you hold my order?
Of course! Please leave a note on your order stating that you would like to hold it and I can sort that for you. If you would like to hold it after the order is placed, please get in touch with me to let me know.

Q - My order hasn't arrived yet!
Please be patient and wait. Sometimes there are more delays than usual and your order could be stuck in customs. If you want to have a safety net, please get tracked shipping.

I simply cannot afford to compensate by sending out another order free of charge; this applies if anything arrives damaged too. Once I ship out the order, it is out of my hands and I have no control over how your package is handled by the couriers. Please reorder instead.
Q- What is a preorder?
Sometimes small businesses cannot afford to self fund a great idea by themselves and that’s where preorders come into play. Consumers who are interested in seeing said great idea come to life will purchase the item even though it hasn’t been created yet. This will help the small business gather funds to afford the production costs.

Unfortunately this means that the consumer will have to wait a few months to get a hold of their desired items. This is because production will take some time and then the consumer will also have to wait for the small business to receive it, grade it and then ship it out. Some more tedious waiting is needed for the delivery too.

On the bright side, the consumer is helping to fund an item that would otherwise perhaps not even become a tangible product. Very often too, the preorder item is cheaper than the instock version. And in most occasions, they receive little goodies too that are exclusive to preorders only.

Q- What is an instock?
An instock is an item that the small business has on hand to sell. Usually instocks start out as preorders and once those are sent out, instocks become available for purchase for a slightly more expensive price. The reason they are priced higher is simple, to nudge people into preordering instead of waiting for instocks because a lot of the time, small businesses don’t have enough preorder orders to self fund said instocks.

Q - Do you ship worldwide?
I sure do. I ship to any country and if there are any restrictions and/or complications then I’ll be sure to let you know!

Q - What courier do you use?
I use Royal Mail for all my orders, including international ones.
International orders will eventually be passed onto the couriers that are used in the country of destination.

Q - Do you provide tracking?
Yes I do! I have both untracked and tracked options available for you and all you have to do is select it at tracking.
